Texas Star Auto Glass

I highly recommend Sergio Valdez with Texas Star Automotive Services! A rock hit my windshield while I was driving, and Sergio came out to replace the front windshield glass. They arrived right on time, actually earlier than the time window I was given, which was wonderful. The entire process was quick, efficient, and professional, and Sergio was extremely friendly and courteous. The new windshield looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Sergio, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy! Five stars all the way!

I had an outstanding experience with Texas Star Automotive Services in McKinney, TX. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their business. The waiting area was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had a loose windshield trim and had already called several other places. Most never returned my calls or messages. When I called Texas Star Automotive Services, they immediately invited me to stop by so they could take a look. After inspecting the issue, they told me they could help and asked me to come back later because they were busy at the time. When I returned as requested, they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently—and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me. That level of customer service is rare these days. They truly went above and beyond to help me, and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely return for any future automotive needs and will gladly recommend Texas Star Automotive Services to my family and friends. If you’re looking for honest, caring, and professional service, this is the p

Devin was so fast with my windshield replacement and it looks amazing! Communicated very well with me regarding his time of arrival, when he arrived, & when he completed the job. Was super thankful for that because he came to my job where I work as a nurse in the ER and it helped me know how to plan things. Thank you Devin!!

Best experience with a windshield repair ever! As we all know, freeway travel is hard on our vehicles. Had a crack already in my windshield and then the other day had a piece of metal pop up on my drive home and take a chip out of my windshield. Called Texas Star Auto Glass and got the most friendly guy ever on the phone. He happened to be in town and just blocks from my house, so he came over and fixed my windshield. He explained why the other crack couldn't be fixed and we chatted while he repaired the chip, talking me through what he was doing. On his way back to his truck he asked me if I like tomatoes and gave me a great big tomato he'd picked up at the farmers market. Such a great experience!
